Carrots are packed with beta carotene, Vitamin K and E, potassium, fiber, folate, manganese, phosphorus, magnesium and zinc. Beta carotene are great for encouraging gorgeous TANS. It also helps prevent sunburn and increases resistance to skin damage. So before you head to the beach, have a glass of carrot juice. Potassium helps reduce skin dryness, reduces scars and blemishes. It also helps keep your skin moisturized. Because it is high in essentials oils, it also helps prevent acne by detoxifying your body. It is also SUPER BEAUTIFYING for hair and nails.
But be careful if you plan on taking supplements. Overconsumption of Vitamin A, can be toxic to you, but is unlikely to be achieved by diet alone.

Since I have a juicer, I try to make my own juice from organic carrots. But we all have those days when we get lazy (GUILTY!! ;)) which then I buy my juice at any stores that sell pressed juice. I prefer mine from Trader Joes.
